Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.regulargirl.com. The Regular Girl return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website www.regulargirl.com. Regular Girl wants its customers to be 100% satisfied with their order. If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with any product purchased, you may return the item within thirty (30) days. The product ship date is the date of purchase.

For all Amazon orders, please contact our official Amazon partner – Netrush at CS@netrush.com. Regular Girl is not the seller on Amazon and will not be able to assist with Amazon orders.

To process a return, please contact the Regular Girl Customer Service Team through our website or call 800-735-9731. A member of the Customer Service Team will respond within 24-48 hours to requests received during normal business hours. Please note the Customer Service hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday-Friday. Messages received over the weekend or on a federal holiday will be addressed the following business day.

A request for return or exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. DO NOT discard the container, as we may ask you to return the product to us. If we do require the product to be returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We are sorry, but Regular Girl is not responsible for the time it takes for the product to be returned to our facility or if the item is lost or broken during the process. Regular Girl reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery using the form on the contact page. Please include your order number and item name from your original confirmation e-mail. Regular Girl will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges for any defective item or if there was any damage to the item during shipping. Detailed instructions for the return will be provided in our email confirmation.

Regular Girl offers a money-back guarantee within 30 days for purchases made through our website. Purchases made from an authorized third-party retailer or website other than www.regulargirl.com will be handled by the third-party retailer. Please note that Regular Girl will not credit or refund purchases made through third-party retailers or websites. Customers should use caution when buying products through these sources and should inquire about their return policy before purchasing products from them.
